Hannah's Second Birthday!

Hard to believe that my little baby is two already!! She celebrated with a fun day at the park with her little friends followed by pizza (her favorite!!), cake and ice cream with Aunt Laurie, Uncle Crispin and Madeline. One of her favorite presents was her new swimsuit -- very obvious from the pictures. She loves to wear it around over her clothes all the time!

S'mores around the campfire

Caroline and Trent went camping for the first time with our neighbors at a local campsite. The weather was perfect and they said that the kids did great! Caroline loved every minute of it and said she learned a few "camp out moves" which of course, included using the "outdoor facilities". She slept great and said she can't wait to go again!

Visit to Florida

We went to sunny Florida to visit Gaga and Papa. The visit was great -- beautiful weather, lots of fun beach and boat time and visiting with Gaga and Papa and Aunt Kelly and Uncle Tye, Abby and Dean was lots of fun. The plane ride was another story but you can only imagine with a 4 year old, almost 2 year old and a 9 month old. The girls LOVED playing at the beach and running in and out of the warm waves. Abby and Caroline were fast friends and loved playing with each other. We had wonderful food and lots of laughs. The warm weather was wonderful!!! Thanks Gaga and Papa for a great visit!

Just playing around...

We have been enjoying our new house and just playing around in the new playroom. Dressing up, painting, building with blocks, dancing or (if you are Andrew) just sitting around! The girls are trying out some new dance moves you can see in these videos!

Shuffle, hop, step!

Caroline has been taking tap dancing for the last couple of months. She loves going with her friend Isabelle and they have a very small class (only 5 girls). The parents got to watch this last time. Gaga and Papa were in town so they got to watch too. I can't say we have a prodigy but they have fun although Caroline refused to smile almost the entire time. Go figure!

Visiting the Sea Center

There is a great little local Sea Center here and we took a little trip there as both Caroline and Hannah are fascinated by the fish. They were able to touch swell sharks, sea stars and all kinds of shells. They absolutely loved it as Hannah ran around yelling "Hi fishy!" the entire time and Caroline and her little friend Isabelle spent the better part of an hour grilling the docent about the sea stars and tide pool creatures. They learned a lot and had a great time!

Show me the love!

Hannah loves Andrew and Andrew loves Hannah but sometimes too much. Hannah loves to tackle Andrew who has become very good at sitting up. I think she thinks she is playing but she just bulldozes him -- poor Andrew who we have started calling "the trooper" for all of the "love" that he is given. She also loves to give him "hugs" while he is in his exersaucer. Sometimes Andrew thinks they are hilarious but sometimes you will hear loud cries. Just depends on the type of "hug" and his mood I guess. Caroline is geuninely sweet with him giving him her favorite buddies (stuffed animals) and entertaining him. It is very cute. Andrew just loves it all as he is all smiles!
