Wow, these kids have talent....

The girls have been showing off their moves...dancing, singing, you name it!! They keep us pretty entertained (and they entertain themselves also. Don't ask where Caroline learned to do an imitation of Johnny Cash -- you can ask Trent about that. She has been quite the ham in front of the video camera. And Hannah, well she is just learning that she can hold her own!

My baby is growing up!!

Hannah took her first bike ride with Daddy on the back of the big bike with her big girl helmet on. She looked so old and she absolutely loved it. Can't wait for when Mommy can put herself back on the bike! She also has become quite the pro at the stairs and climbing all over everything -- no interest in walking yet but hopefully soon as she is getting heavy for pregnant mommy to be carrying around everywhere!!

Bye, bye baby curls!!

Well Caroline finally had her first haircut -- I know she is over 3 years old and most children have had quite a few cuts by now but I just loved those baby curls on the end and they were so cute. But, they were just getting too tangled and matted all the time so off they went. She did great in the chair and asked when she could go again! So bye, bye baby curls (hopefully Hannah will get some!)

Hoppy Easter!!

I think we may have set the record for the most Easter egg hunts for a 3 year old! Caroline participated in 5 Easter Egg Hunts this year -- it was hard for her to understand when they were finally over. This year also, Caroline finally understood that there was candy inside the eggs so during each hunt, you would find her opening the egg and looking for the goodies! Caroline was not alone in her search for candy. I found Hannah one afternoon with an open egg (I didn't know she could open them!) and shoveling M & M's in her mouth. I tried to reach my finger in and grab them out but she had her lips pursed so tight there was no way she was letting go of that chocolate! It was hilarious. The girls each wore one of my or my sister's old Easter dresses -- they looked so cute if I do say so myself!

Hannah on the move

Wow, is she a fast crawler!! I never remember Caroline moving this fast -- maybe she is trying to get away from Caroline. She crawls everywhere -- sand, concrete, up the stairs, you name it! Mommy is getting kind of big and actually wishing that she would show some signs of wanting to walk as she might be easier to pick up but I think she just loves the crawling.

Trip to sunny Florida!!

We took a trip to sunny south Florida to visit with Gaga, Papa, Uncle Tye, Aunt Kelly, Abby and baby Dean. It was a great visit. Both girls did well on the flight (thank God for DVDs!) and slept well the whole time. We had a great time hanging out on the boat, picnicking, hanging out at the beach and visiting. Trent and I even had a night away (thank you Gaga and Papa!). It was very relaxing and the girls had a great time. Caroline is asking when she can go see "mustache" (Papa) and Gaga in Florida again!!

Who would've thought???

We are having a boy!! I know this will come as a shock to those of you who don't know we are pregnant yet, but we have been quite busy lately so we haven't had a chance to contact everyone and beside that, we have only just told Caroline that she is going to be a big sister once again! I am 23 weeks pregnant, so over halfway, with this little one due on the 4th of July. Needless to say, we are going to have our hands full with Caroline who will be 3 1/2 and Hannah who will be just 14 months in July. Caroline thinks his name should be "little Kyle" after one of her little best friends out here. We will have to see about that because I'm sure we will keep the name our little secret until he arrives. That is our big news from here (as if we weren't busy enough!). I am feeling good and hope that continues for the next 4 months!! We will keep you posted.
